Privacy Policy
3and garden Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) handles customers’ personal information as well as Individual Numbers and Specific Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as “Specific Personal Information, etc.”) in accordance with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information,” the “Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures” (My Number Act), and the “Guidelines for Proper Handling of Specific Personal Information (for Businesses),” as well as other applicable standards. The following information is disclosed in accordance with the obligations under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information to make such information “easily accessible” and “available upon request.”
1. Definition of Personal Information
Personal information refers to all information that can identify a customer, such as name, address, date of birth, gender, occupation, phone number, and email address.
2. Use of Cookies
The Company may set cookies to identify customer devices. If cookies are combined with information obtained from services that can identify a specific individual, the Company will treat such information as personal information.
3. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The purposes for which the Company uses personal information are as follows:

Items 1 to 10 pertain to retained personal data subject to disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties (collectively, “disclosure, etc.”). Statistical data such as survey or monitor responses will be used in anonymized form.

(3) Disclaimer on Third-Party Acquisition: The Company is not responsible for personal information acquired by third parties in the following cases:
(A) When customers use service functions and voluntarily disclose their personal information.
(B) When a third party obtains login credentials (email, password) by any means.
(C) When the Company is not at fault.
(4) External Transmission of User Information: The Company uses cookies and tags for purposes such as advertising, marketing, and analytics, and transmits user data externally.

(1) Upon request from a customer to disclose their retained personal data, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with laws and internal policies.
(2) Upon request from a customer to correct, add, delete, or suspend the use of their retained personal data, the Company will investigate and respond appropriately and promptly.
(3) Such requests must follow the Company’s designated procedures and be confirmed to come from the individual or a duly authorized representative. Contact details are listed in Section 7.
